Does anyone remember the title of this book by a lion?

Something happens along the lines of a lion being caught in a net, and rescued mice from chewing on it. In a guest book as a child – anyone remember the title?

Aesop's fable called The Lion and the Mouse Once when a lion was asleep a little Mouse began to rise and fall of it, which quickly aroused the Lion, who placed his huge paw upon him and opened her mouth to swallow. "Pardon, O King," cried the little Mouse: "Forgive me now, I'll never forget it: who knows what you can walk in one day? "The Lion was so tickled at the idea of mice to help, lifted his leg and let him go. Shortly after the lion was caught in a trap, and the hunters who wanted to take him alive to the King, tied him to a tree, as it was to find a car for transportation. Today the little Mouse happened, and seeing the sad situation in which the Lion, went to him and soon gnawed the ropes that bind the king of beasts. "I was right? said the mouse.
